To
Get Started:
Click on the "Open a New Exchange" link to take advantage
of our Life Guide services, or log in using your user name and password
if you are already registered.
Submit Question or Comments Page:
Click anywhere you see the "Submit Question" link.
Enter a subject or title for your question in the Title box,
select your Question Type and then enter the Details
surrounding your question (make sure not to enter questions within
the "Detail area). Only enter your Question(s) in the
box(es) designated for questions. To ask more than one question,
simply click where you see "Ask More Questions +."
Once you have submitted your question(s) the site will take you
to the payment page where you can enter the necessary payment information.
You may also submit Comments at no fee, to your Life Guide
by clicking the "Submit Comment" link also located
on your "Submit Question" page. The Comments feature may
also be used by your Life Guide to communicate with you, should
additional information, or clarity regarding your question is needed.
You will be notified via e-mail if a comment has been submitted
to you by your Life-Guide.
Answers
to Questions can be submitted within 48 weekday hours. However,
most answers will be provided within 24 hours.
Questions submitted to this service must fall under one of the following
categories:

Spiritual (Christian)

Work Related
Family Matter
Between Parent & Child

Your Life Guide Page:
Here's where you can view a photograph and a link that leads to
background information regarding your Life-Guide, MoriEl Randolph.
Communications
Page:
Up
to 10 of your latest Questions and Comments will be stored on your
"Communications Page" for up to 30 days: You can also
search for previously stored messages.
Your Set Up Page:
You
may access your exchange settings on the "Set Up Page,"
there you can submit or update your exchange account information.
You can also submit a photo of yourself on this page.

Account Access Page:
Here you have the option of using your credit or debit card to make
a deposit into your account. This option gives you the convenience
of having money automatically withdrawn whenever you wish to submit
your question(s). However, if you choose to use this option you
must use all your credits for deposits are not refundable. You can
also access Balance information and see a record of what credits
and debits have been applied to your account. This page works in
conjunction with the Payment Page you will use to make your
payment.
