Service Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions for use of FreshView's online "Answers of Inspiration Life Guide Service" hereafter refer to as "Answers" have been read, acknowledged and understood by me the Client. I understand and acknowledge that the service is a peer mentoring service and that it provides no psychiatric, clinical/professional advice. Client may not seek or otherwise obtain psychiatric clinical services through Answers. Advice given through Answers is for informational purposes only, and not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. Client acknowledges that he/she is responsible for seeking professional advice before following or acting on any advice received from or through Answers. Neither Answers nor its Life Guide will be liable for any harm, direct or consequential, arising from, relating to or in anyway connected with any advice obtained through Answers.

I the client understand that I have three free opportunities to use answers of inspiration, therefore funds paid for this service are only refundable if service is not render, having already tested the competence of the Life Guide's ability to address my questions. I understand that the same policy applies to all deposited funds.

I the client agrees to release, and waive any and all claims, and/or liability against Answers arising from, relating to, or in any way connected with client's use of Answers. Client also agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Answers from and against any, and all claims, or liability, including costs, and attorneys' fees arising from, relating to, or connected with client's use of Answers or client's failure to abide by the foregoing terms, and conditions.

I the client understands that Answers to Questions can be submitted within 48 weekday hours. However, most answers will be provided within 24 hours.

Questions submitted to this service must fall under one of the following categories:

Personal Concern
Biblical
Spiritual (Christian)
Relationship
Work Related
Family Matter
Between Parent & Child

Please Note: Lewd or immoral submission will not be addressed and refunds will not be issued to anyone who disregards this notice.

I the client understands and accepts the following:

Use of the Account Access & Payment Page:
Here I the client have the option of using my credit or debit card to make a deposit into my account. This option gives me the convenience of having money automatically withdrawn whenever I wish to submit question(s). However, if I choose to use this option I must use all my credits, for desposits are not refundable. I can also access Balance information and see a record of what credits and debits have been applied to my account. This page works in conjunction with the Payment Page use to make payment.
